What is the WHMCS child theme? +-
Parent-child relationship in WHMCS 8.1 and up allows to apply customizations by only overriding the template files that need to change. Twenty One Plus is always compatible with latest WHMCS versions and automatic updates work without losing customizations.
Why does default Twenty-One need a child theme? +-
Twenty One theme is a great step forward in responsive design and better UX, however it lacks an easy color customization palette, has no large monitor support over 720p, no dark mode and has overly cluttered and unbalanced default layouts. Twenty One Plus is designed to fix many issues with just 3 custom template files in a child theme. If you are not ready for a fully custom theme, child theme is a great way to improve the design and user experience with minimum effort and virtually no extra maintenance.
Can I customize the colors?+-
Twenty One Plus includes developer friendly package with tailwind configuration and out-of-the-box color palettes. Changing primary color is just a matter of one configuration line. Fully custom skin can be generated within seconds for both dark and light modes.
